We had a decent stay, especially with the great laundry facilities and the free WiFi that we got as compensation. It was also nice to have a functional kitchenette to prepare meals, even though the view out of our room was a bit disappointing compared to the photos. I would consider coming back again.

A Disappointing Experience with No Support

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The hotel was overbooked, and despite having a reservation, I was denied check-in and didn’t receive any assistance in finding alternative accommodations. It completely disrupted my plans and left me feeling frustrated and helpless.
